Schellenberg Wittmer Advises GCA Corporation on Acquisition of Stella EOC

Schellenberg Wittmer acted as Swiss legal counsel to GCA Corporation, a global investment bank firm (listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange) that provides advisory services to growth companies and market leaders, in regards to their acquisition of Stella EOC. Stella EOC is a media and technology investment bank boutique with offices in Europe and the United States.
The team at Schellenberg Wittmer consisted of Oliver Triebold, Stefanie Maurer and Jessica Obrist (all Corporate/M&A) and Christine Beusch-Liggenstorfer and Michael Hess (both Employment), who worked in close cooperation with Jones Day, London, acting as international lead counsel to GCA Corporation.
