We are one of Switzerland's leading internationally oriented business law firms, and we are looking to strengthen our team by hiring a dedicated and talented Digital Marketing Manager (80% - 100%).

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and manage all digital marketing activities, including social media, website management, SEO, and digital marketing projects
• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
• Drive engagement and brand awareness through effective social media strategies across various platforms.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create and distribute engaging content that aligns with the firm's goals.
• Analyze digital performance metrics and implement improvements based on data-driven insights.
• Monitor digital marketing trends and stay up-to-date on industry best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong background in website management, SEO, and social media management.
• Proficiency in content creation and digital tools (i.e. SEO, SEA, photo & video editing, graphic design tools, HTML.)
• Understanding of website analytics tools, such as Google Analytics
• Strong analytical skills and a results-driven mindset.
• Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
• Excellent communication skills in German and English (French is a plus).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Education & Qualifications:

• A degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is required.
• Additional certifications in digital marketing or related disciplines are a plus.
