Associate, Life Sciences (LS), Intellectual Property (IP) and Information and Communication Technology (ICT), Geneva

We are looking for a Swiss-Qualified Lawyer to support our Life Sciences (LS), Intellectual Property (IP) and Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Practices in Geneva.

Schellenberg Wittmer’s Life Sciences and Intellectual Property practices cover dispute resolution, transactional work and regulatory matters. We advise and represent companies from a variety of sectors, including pharma, biotechnologies, medical devices, luxury, cosmetics, as well as food and beverages.

Schellenberg Wittmer’s ICT and Data Group addresses legal issues related to the access and use of non-personal and personal data, including databases, in the digital economy. We advise and represent companies from a variety of technology sectors, including telecom, life sciences and media, and further strongly data-driven industries such as finance, health and retail.

We are seeking candidates who meet the following requirements:

  • You are a Swiss-Qualified Lawyer;
  • You have preferably some years of experience in Life Sciences, Health law, IP or ICT practices (CIPP/E certification an asset);
  • You are fluent in English and in French, a good command of German being a plus;
  • You have excellent academic credentials;
  • You have strong drafting and oral presentation skills.

And demonstrate the following personal skills:

  • You want to be in direct contact with clients;
