Vilma Faivre is Associate in our Private Wealth Group in Geneva. She specializes in estate and wealth planning matters for individual clients and entities. She is also regularly involved in complex cross-border inheritance disputes, negotiation and litigation.

Vilma has extensive experience drafting donation agreements, wills and inheritance agreements, lasting power of attorneys, and on guardianship-related matters. She is an expert in complex estate liquidation, having worked in-house at a notary's office, and in probate proceedings, including inheritance related tax aspects.

Vilma holds a Master of law in Legal Professions from University of Neuchâtel and a Certificate of Advanced Studies in Legal Professions from University of Geneva.
