Pietro Sansonetti is Of Counsel in our Taxation Group in Geneva after having been a partner from 1999 until 2024. He has developed a strong practice on complex tax matters, both domestic and international.

He has in-depth knowledge of complex tax situations and extensive experience in dealing with tax authorities and enforcement matters including customs matters and international exchange of information.
He is active in corporate matters, in particular reorganizations such as mergers and real estate transactions. He advises international official and non-governmental organizations as well as non-profit entities, as well as pension funds
He also works with individuals on family businesses, on partnership and private clients-related tax matters such as trusts and inheritance related issues as well as on tax litigation.
