He specializes in real estate and construction law, advising institutional and private investors on complex transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, sale-leasebacks, mortgage financings, restructurings, leasing, and development projects. Gregory also provides expert advice on real estate regulatory matters, including compliance with Lex Koller, Lex Weber, and environmental regulations.

He represents clients in high-stakes real estate disputes, including contractors, developers, owners, brokers, and tenants.

Gregory is a Certified Specialist SBA in Construction and Real Estate Law.
