Laïla specializes in complex transactions, restructurings, tax disputes, intricate financing structures, and corporate tax planning. She also provides strategic advice on tax and estate planning for corporate and private clients, consistently achieving outstanding results through her pragmatic and strategic approach.

A recognized expert in the field, Laïla is a frequent speaker at major tax conferences and a contributor to leading publications. She is also committed to education, serving as a Lecturer in the University of Geneva’s LL.M. Tax program and the Swiss Certified Tax Expert program. Additionally, she serves as Director of the prestigious annual Romandie Seminar, hosted by the Institute for Swiss and International Law (ISIS).

Beyond her professional practice, Laïla plays an active role in the broader tax community as Chair of the Romandie Committee for the "Women in IFA" network, leading the coordination of its renowned annual events.
