Roland Mathys and Samuel Klaus held a lecture on Software Agreements at the University of Zurich as part of the CAS on International Business Transactions and Technology Transfer and the LLM course in International Business Law.
In their interactive lecture, Roland and Samuel focused on the transactional aspects of software (license) agreements, including intellectual property rights in software, open source software and the related due diligence and transactional challenges.
