Alongside Jacques Buhart, Oliver initiated the conference some 12 years ago. Fulfilling the vision of its founders, the conference has since emerged as one of the preeminent gatherings for the European legal M&A community and serves as a platform for discussing and exchanging valuable insights on the latest market trends and M&A best practices.

We extend our warmest wishes to the new co-chairs, Bertrand Cardi, Gabriella Covino, and Emanuel Strehle, and the IBA conference team. We look forward to their leadership in taking the conference to further heights. Oliver will remain actively involved in the IBA, contributing to the IBA Corporate and M&A Law Committee Advisory Board.
