Schellenberg Wittmer advises the owner and founder of Swiss Swiss-headquartered Conzylum AG, an insurtech software development company providing a comprehensive range of services to the insurance, re-insurance and financial sector, in its sale to EPAM Systems, Inc., a US-based global provider of software engineering and IT consulting services.
The Schellenberg Wittmer team consisted of Lorenzo Olgiati, Daniele Simoniello, Olivia Wipf and Lisa Haupt (all Corporate/M&A) as well as Michael Nordin and Tabea Bäntli (Taxation).
