Schellenberg Wittmer advised the group of buyers Zdenek Bakala, Gregory Finger and Petr Svoboda on their acquisition of the renowned National League team Lausanne Hockey Club (LHC). LHC are a professional ice hockey team who play at the top tier of the Swiss Ice Hockey Federation. Their home grounds are based in the Vaudoise Arena in Prilly, Lausanne, Switzerland.
The team at Schellenberg Wittmer was led by Tarek Houdrouge and included Edmond Kohler and Grégoire Tribolet (all Corporate & Commercial / M&A).
