Schellenberg Wittmer advises MoneyPark AG in its acquisition of Finovo AG

MoneyPark AG, the largest independent mortgage broker in Switzerland, aquired the Zurich based startup Finovo AG, which specialises in mortgage management and enables Swiss pension funds to invest in mortgages directly. Schellenberg Wittmer acted as counsel to MoneyPark AG in this transaction.
