GP Investments, Ltd. (GP Investments), majority shareholder of Spice Private Equity Ltd. (Spice Private Equity), has published on 2 June 2022 the pre-announcement for its public tender offer for all publicly held shares in SIX listed Spice Private Equity.
GP Investments intends to increase its equity share in Spice Private Equity from 65.69% to 100% and have its subsidiary delisted following a successful settlement of the public tender offer. In view of the public tender offer, GP Investments has entered into a transaction agreement with Spice Private Equity on 1 June 2022.
