Schellenberg Wittmer acted as Swiss legal counsel to Francotyp-Postalia, a stock-listed international active group of companies which provides digital business solutions, mailing, shipping & office solutions and mail services, in regard to its acquisition of all shares in the operating companies of Azolver Group. Azolver Group focuses on mailing hardware (franking machines), and in addition offers software solutions for asset tracking and parcel shipping.
