RTX Ventures, the venture capital arm of Raytheon Technologies, has made a minority investment in electric propulsion system company H55 SA to drive the development of electric aviation solutions.
H55 SA, a Swiss company, is a leading enabler of electric propulsion solutions and battery systems. The investment in H55 SA aligns with Raytheon Technologies' longstanding leadership in the development of innovative and sustainable propulsion technologies.
RTX Ventures was represented by Schellenberg Wittmer and Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz on the minority investment.
Schellenberg Wittmer's team consisted of Christoph Vonlanthen, Grégoire Wuest and Kevin Laurent.
