Schellenberg Wittmer advised OTB Ventures as lead counsel in the EUR 26.7 million Series A financing of the in-orbit servicing and space debris removal company ClearSpace.
ClearSpace was founded in 2018 and is a leading developer of in-orbit services seeking to shape the future of sustainable space operations. ClearSpace is ramping up operations ahead of the world’s first space debris removal mission, ClearSpace-1, scheduled to launch in 2026.
This new financing round brings together a global team of venture capital investors, led by OTB Ventures backed by the European Investment Fund and Swisscom Ventures.
