We proudly announce our new partners and counsels.

Partners:

Andrea Dorjee-Good advises domestic and international private clients and entrepreneurs on all aspects of succession planning, including pre- and postnuptial agreements, lasting powers of attorney, wills, succession pacts, trusts and foundations. She has extensive experience in the administration of large international estates and represents clients regularly in complex cross-border trust and estate disputes. She is admitted to the bar in Switzerland and advises clients in German and English.

Dr. Samuel Klaus advises and represents clients in technology, telecommunication, outsourcing, software and licensing matters, and in data security and data protection. He has significant experience in complex contract negotiations, litigating IT disputes and advising in new technology projects involving Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), Building Information Modeling (BIM) and the Internet of Things (IoT). He is admitted to the bar in Switzerland and works in German, English and French.

Counsels:

Amanda Burnand Sulmoni advises individuals and institutional clients in all matters related to construction and real estate law. She is highly experienced in drafting and negotiating agreements for real estate transactions, complex commercial leases and construction contracts. She regularly represents Swiss and foreign clients in litigation proceedings. She is admitted to the bar in Switzerland and works in French, English and Spanish.

Sebastiano Nessi is an international arbitration specialist, with significant experience in commercial and investment arbitration and cross-border litigation. He advises and represents clients in disputes across a wide range of sectors, including energy, telecommunication, infrastructure, joint ventures, aerospace and construction. He also sits as an arbitrator. He has 10 years of practice in Geneva and Paris and taught at the University Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne. He is admitted to the bar in Switzerland and works in French, English and Spanish.
