Schellenberg Wittmer advises Shareholders of ASC - Business & IT Consulting on sale to All for One Group SE

All for One Group SE, a leading group in IT/SAP, strategy and management consulting listed in the Prime Standard of the Frankfurt stock exchange, agreed to acquire all of the shares in the Swiss companies ASC Management Consulting AG and Advanced Solutions Consulting GmbH. The transaction is signed and closed.
The team of Schellenberg Wittmer consisted of Oliver Triebold (overall lead), Elia Claude Schunck and Melina Suter (all Corporate/M&A), as well as Michael Nordin and Tabea Elmer (both Taxation).
