Schellenberg Wittmer advised Implenia AG, Switzerland's leading construction and real estate service provider, on its acquisition of BAM Swiss AG from Dutch Royal BAM Group. The transaction was completed on 11 May 2021. With this acquisition Implenia has substantially strengthened its market position in Switzerland particularly for complex large-scale construction projects in the healthcare sector.
