We are pleased to take this opportunity to also officially announce the firm's LGBTQI+ task force: SW IDEA.

The aim of SW IDEA - Inclusion, Diversity, Equality, Awareness – is to support the firm's values that all LGBTQI+ individuals should feel accepted and valued, and grow within the Schellenberg Wittmer Family and beyond, independently from their sexual orientation and gender identity; and translate those values into actions.

In further support of our commitment to the LGBTQI+ community, our firm is proud to partner with and support two Swiss non-profit organizations:

• Le Refuge which brings help to young individuals who are facing difficulties at school, within their family or in other social environments because of their sexual orientation or gender identity. Le Refuge is an association that accompanies these individuals on their path towards independence and self-affirmation.
• Regenbogen Familien which socially and legally defends the interests of homoparental families in Switzerland and offers a supporting network of families, associations and organisations.
